Eligibility: Seniors Card, Concession Card, Health Care Card, etc.

  • Senior & Concession discount cannot stack with other discounts

Notes

  • GST (10%) added to invoices.
  • MJM Subscriber Discount: 20% off all hourly rates except "$49/hr (instead of $69) for Standard Work".
  • All tiers include 30GB base storage (global).
  • Additional compliant storage available (see Section 8).
  • Includes full Code Guarantee (see Section 2).

2. Urgent / Priority Work & Code Guarantee Policy

Code Guarantee

If an issue is caused by my own code or work, the fix is free, including after-hours.

Not covered under free fixes:

Issues caused by:

  • Hosting providers
  • Client-side changes
  • Third-party API disruptions
  • External libraries
  • Misconfiguration outside my control

Urgent conditions still apply (same-day, after-hours, weekends).

3. Standard Work Guidelines

  • Billed at $69/hr unless otherwise agreed.
  • All work includes time estimates and progress updates.
  • Extra features outside scope are billed according to the tier system.

4. Communication & Turnaround

  • Updates provided regularly via email.
  • Standard work: 1–5 business days depending on complexity.
  • Urgent work is prioritised immediately after client approval.

5. My Journey Maker (MJM) App Discount

Active MJM users receive 20% off all hourly rates:

Conditions:

  • Client must actively use MJM for plan management or data input.
  • Billing remains hourly and transparent.

6. Billing & Payment

  • Payment due upon completion or at agreed milestones.
  • Time logs provided for transparency.
  • 30-day free support window for issues caused by my own code.

Exclusions (charged normally):

  • Hardware or network issues
  • Third-party service problems
  • Client or external modifications

Invoices must be paid within agreed terms.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Minimum notice: 48 hours
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours):
    Billed based on:
    • Base rate of scheduled work, and
    • Min 0.5 hours, up to 50% of scheduled time
      — whichever is greater.

No refunds for change of mind.

8. Payment Plans (Trusted Clients Only)

  • Offered at discretion of Ethan Russell Digital.
  • Processed via Stripe Payment Schedules or cash.
  • Terms depend on client history.
  • May be withdrawn prior to invoice issuance.

9. External Services & Usage Pricing

PDF Generation (via My Journey Maker)

  • Free: 500 PDFs/month
  • Extra: $10 per 100 PDFs

Email Delivery

Standard (via MJM):

  • Free: 750 emails/month
  • Extra: $2.50 per 250 emails

Google Workspace API:

  • Same free allowance
  • Extra emails charged at half price

Google Storage

  • Compliant storage (Sydney/Melbourne):
    $10 per 100GB (client chooses region)

SMS Delivery

  • Coming soon — pricing TBA
